Business Operation Manager
Michael started his working life at Ashfield Veterinary in 2012 having spent the previous 11 years working as a senior manager within the banking insurance sector. Michael spends his evenings and weekends with his wife and two children. In and amongst family time, Michael enjoys travelling the country Carp Fishing. Michael has two pets, Ollie the Springador and Binx the cat who was adopted having been abandoned whilst pregnant.
Katie re-joined us at Ashfield Veterinary in March 2019. She has completed a Degree in Animal Management. Katie loves spending time with her boyfriend and her two crazy pooches, Elsa and Drogan. She also loves to socialise with her family, friends and her beautiful nieces.
Caroline joined Ashfield Veterinary in 2010 having gained valuable management experience within the finance sector. Caroline enjoys socialising with friends and is a keen motorbiker, having a healthy obsession with Road Racing and the Moto GP. Caroline has owned dogs all her life and enjoys nothing more than getting out and about with her husband and dog, Sasha, the German Short Haired Pointer.
Lucy started her working career working for the NHS where she gained vast amounts of experience in the Health care sector from administration and marketing to patient care. Lucy also had a career with Nato where she worked as a PA to the Sgt Major of the British Forces Medical Centre in Brussels. Now settled back in the UK Lucy enjoys spending time with son and family including her two dogs Gringo and Margarita and her three cats Mully, Buggy and Athelstan.
Jackie joined Ashfield’s in April 2019 and is the newest member of our reception team. She brings several years’ experience in customer focused roles. Jackie obtained her NVQ level 3 in business administration from the Huddersfield National Business College in 2011. When she’s not fussing your furry companion in the waiting room, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two Lionhead bunnies Myla and Teddy.
Amy has vast experience working within the customer service industry, but pursued her love of animals further by becoming a qualified dog groomer. Working at Ashfield Veterinary Group, Amy has the ability to integrate her love of animals whilst providing an excellent customer experience to our clients. Amy has a longing to one day have a small holding in the countryside, but until that day comes is content staying at home in the city with her black and white rescue cat named Barbara.
Sarah has worked at Ashfield since 2013 before becoming head receptionist in 2017. Prior to working at Ashfield Sarah worked in the insurance sector for 10 years. Sarah lives with her two children and partner and enjoys going for long walks and travelling.
Denise started working for Ashfield in June 2016 as the dog groomer. She started dog grooming in March 2015 as an assistant wash and dryer. She attended Look North College in Keighley where she achieved her City and Guilds Level 3 diploma. Out of work Denise likes walking, swimming and playing her saxophone and keyboard.
